Consonants: Dentals, Alveolars and Palato-Alveolars

These are the sounds and rules present in the list versions of words. Some sounds will change in context due to consonant mutations, and possibly other factors.

T / D - alveolar plosive
- Always voiced at the end of a syllable
- Otherwise unvoiced in fairy and neutral genders
- Voiced when word-initial in human gender
- Always voiced in demonic gender

Here's where it starts to get fun...

S / Z / TH - alveolar fricative & dental fricative
- TH in fairy gender, S / Z in all others
- Always unvoiced in neutral gender
- Voiced when word-initial in human gender
- Always voiced in demonic gender

CH / J - palato-alveolar affricate
- Always unvoiced in fairy and neutral genders
- Voiced when word-initial in human gender
- Always voiced in demonic gender

SH / ZH - palato-alveolar fricative
- Unvoiced in fairy, neutral and human genders
- Voiced in demonic gender

N - alveolar nasal
